Invisible Braces
At The River Practice in Truro, Cornwall, we understand that many patients do not want their braces to be seen. You may be surprised to know that we can help you achieve a fantastic smile with invisible braces. These often produce excellent results on their own but can be used as part of a smile makeover. Our team of specialists are able to cover all aspects of advanced cosmetic dentistry, but we work closely with own general dentist who may provide some aspects of the makeover such as veneers, crowns, implants, or tooth whitening. Invisible braces come in many types - clear, removable positioners (sometimes called clear braces) such as Invisalign braces or Clearstep braces (both trademarks) are suitable for relatively minor tooth movements, whereas fixed braces on the inside of your teeth (called Lingual Braces ) such as Incognito braces allow fantastic results to be achieved with invisible braces even for the most complex problems.
Our specialist team have been providing these treatments for nearly 10 years, making us amongst the most experienced users of invisible braces in Cornwall and the South West. We are also able to use many other techniques such as clear ceramic braces which, although not invisible, make the brace difficult to see and are a very cost-effective solution for many patients.
