Tom Daley makes a Splash at Official Opening
Tom Daley, the teenage Olympic Diving star 
formally opened the River Practice on 3 April. Tom, watched by a large crowd of local dentists and patients (past, present and future) cut the ribbon and announced that we are now formally open.
Tom , as well being a patient, has been sponsored for some time by Jeremy Peak, the founder of the River Practice and its managing partner.
"Tom was the natural choice to open the practice" says Jeremy. "He is a great ambassador for the South West, as well as for our work! We were particularly delighted that he gave up his time as he had to fit us in between International competitions". The formal opening was the culmination of an investment of over £1million aimed at creating one of the best dental referral practices in the UK. No expense has been spared in creating a state of the art facility that rivals the very best in Europe.
The River Practice is based on The Crescent Specialist Dental Centre, in Plymouth, which Jeremy founded in 2000 http://www.bettersmiles.co.uk This practice is thought to have won more major awards than any other UK dental practice. The River Practice 
will build on that success and
will build on that success andJeremy feels that it will offer a service to
Cornish dentists and their patients that is second to none: "As well as the exceptional quality of our clinical work, we aim to offer a fantastic customer experience for referring dentists and their patients alike. For example, we will be providing high quality postgraduate training in our seminar room that has a direct video link to the surgery, and even the microscope camera!"
